The D.P. Public School , an institution affiliated with CBSE, was founded in 1987 under the aegis of "The Katra Education Society" in Prayagraj. The society, established in 1938, holds a distinguished legacy initiated by Master Dwarka Prasad ji, a luminary in the academic sphere during his era. In line with the founder's vision, the society also oversees another esteemed institution in Prayagraj – D. P. Girls Intermediate College, which is affiliated with the U. P. Board.

Being a student of DPPS Prayagraj since Class II has been a wonderful journey. The school has given me countless opportunities to learn, grow, and showcase my talent. As a member of the school choir, I had the privilege of representing DPPS in an Inter-school Sing Along competition. My Journey at School: My 15-year journey at this school has been one of the most cherished chapters of my life. From my first day in Nursery to graduating from Class XII, this school has nurtured my learning, confidence and character. I am sincerely grateful to my teachers for their constant guidance, encouragement and support, which helped me achieve academic success. Serving as the Sports Captain and representing the school in badminton strengthened my leadership skills and confidence. Beyond academics, the love and support of my teachers, classmates, support staff and DPPS made every day memorable. Annual Function, Sports Days and other school activities gave me unforgettable experiences and lifelong friendships.
