School Prayer

Almighty God, our Father, the Saviour of all,

we thank and praise you for bringing us together this morning.

At the beginning of this day, we turn to you,

we commit ourselves and all that is ours.

Protect us from all dangers, strengthen us

against temptations and keep us away from all evils.

Accept the offering of our thoughts, words and deeds.

Shower your blessings upon us so that we may develop our talents

and make us worthy citizens. Lead us from darkness to light,

from ignorance to real knowledge.
